To Purchase

To make a purchase enter your details into our Contact Us page and click submit or simply send us an e-mail to contactus@flower-of-the-east.co.uk. On receipt of your order we will initially confirm price (including postage and packaging costs) and print availability by return email.

Your requested print(s) will be reserved for 14 days from the date of our confirmation e-mail payment should be made within this time.

Payment is made through PayPal who we have found to be professional and secure, click here for more information. Please do not send us your card details. You will recieve a request for payment from PayPal, but there is no need to set up a PayPal account if you do not have one, as payment can be made using a Credit or Debit card.


Delivery

After payment has been made your order will be despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery within 7 days. Delivery (unless by prior agreement) is to UK Addresses only.
Postage and Packing is not included in the quoted print price. Please allow £12.50 per order.


General Information

To be informed of our planned exhibitions, to receive our mail shots or if you just require general information, send us your contact details via our Contact Us page or simply send us an e-mail to contactus@flower-of-the-east.co.uk.

If you have some specific delivery details, require particular artist information or alternative payment requests then email your phone number and we will contact you directly.

Our website can only give a limited impression of the quality of the works, much detail is lost though colours will be similar - effectively each print is commissioned and therefore, unique. Dimensions are approximate and as with all prints (though ours have been vigourously tested) keep out of strong light especially direct sunlight.


Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your print(s) and you return them undamaged in the original packaging with the delivery note within 9 days we will arrange a full refund of the cost of the print(s).

Royal Mail Special Delivery has built in compensation options from £50 to £2500 for loss or damage. All returns should be sent via the appropriate Royal Mail Special Delivery postage, including insurance at the appropriate level, as the print(s) will be your responsibility until returned to us. This also allows the packaging to be tracked through the mail system.

Refunds do not include all delivery charges and cannot be made until the work(s) have been returned undamaged. For more information see www.royalmail.com


Copyright

Although title to the print is passed to the purchaser when full payment is made, this is revoked on returns. Copyright of every print remains with the artist that produced the work or their estate, as do the images for commercial or any other purpose unless agreed in writing through Flower of the East.

In the event that we are dealing with overseas purchasers they will be responsible for any local customs duties and taxes that are required on their purchasers.


Data Protection

Your details are only used for the purpose of fulfilling your order or enquiry and will not be shared with any third party. If you would like us to inform you of any of our planned exhibitions or would like to receive our mail shots we will only do so at your request.
